What is the panel?
The panel is an online group discussion where you will be asked a series of questions about your experience with your Medicaid plan. You can choose how much or how little you want to share. It’s that easy.
Why do we have a panel?
We want to understand your experience and feelings about your coverage with us. Hearing directly from you about the things we are doing well and the things we can do better helps us improve our plans and service.
Here’s how it works:
- The panel is open to Enhanced Care and Enhanced Care Plus members, including people who receive Long Term Services and Support Services.
- The panel meets virtually twice a year. We will send you an email invitation prior to the meeting.
- During the panel discussion, we will ask you to share your experience and feelings about your insurance plan benefits and your doctors.
- Participation is voluntary — you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
- We may also email you short surveys throughout the year. We use the survey results to improve the plans and services that we offer our members.
