EmblemHealth Family of Companies Recognized for Outstanding Employee Recognition Program at Workhuman Live 2023

New York, NY – EmblemHealth has been recognized as a recipient of Workhuman’s 2023 Accelerate Award for the success of its employee recognition program, BRAVO!. The organization was recognized for this achievement during Workhuman’s industry-leading conference, Workhuman Live, which took place April 17 through April 20 in San Diego, California.

The EmblemHealth family of companies includes EmblemHealth, one of America's largest not-for-profit health insurers, and ConnectiCare, a leading health plan in Connecticut. Workhuman’s Accelerate Award is given to the companies with the best social recognition program launches. Recipients of this award demonstrate best practices to deliver an integrated, values-based, robust launch to drive their program forward. The EmblemHealth family of companies launched its employee recognition program in April of 2022. One year later, 69 percent of managers have nominated their employees for an award through BRAVO! and 84 percent of employees have utilized the program to recognize their colleagues.
