New location to offer primary and specialty care, laboratory and radiology services, and health and wellness classes
New York (July 24, 2019) - EmblemHealth, one of the nation's largest non-profit health insurers, and its partner, AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY), one of New York's largest primary and specialty care practices, announced today the opening of its new health hub in East New York, a 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility located at 101 Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York. EmblemHealth President and CEO Karen Ignagni, ACPNY President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Navarra Rodriguez, and community residents will be celebrating the opening of the location with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony today.

In addition to primary care services, including Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, the East New York health hub will also offer patients access to specialties, including Cardiology with Echocardiography and Nuclear Stress Testing, Gastroenterology with Endoscopy Suite, Hematology/Oncology with dedicated Infusion Suite, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Podiatry, and Rheumatology, alongside laboratory testing services provided by Quest Diagnostics’ Patient Service Center and radiology services provided by Lenox Hill Radiology. Complementing the location’s clinical offerings provided by ACPNY, Quest Diagnostics and Lenox Hill Radiology, are the health and wellness services provided by EmblemHealth Neighborhood Care and Cityblock Health.
