Neighborhood Care supports your wellness goals with free fitness classes, health education, nutrition workshops, family-friendly events, and more. We offer in-person and virtual classes, so you can join us at a nearby Neighborhood Care or from the comfort of your home.
All classes and events are free and open to the public, but registration is required, unless stated otherwise.
