We are upgrading our technology to better serve our members. As part of this process, when members renew their plans, they will be given new member ID numbers. The new member ID numbers will change to an 11-digit alpha-numeric format. Always ask your patients for their current member ID cards. You must use the ID number in effect on the date of service when you submit your claims. Otherwise, our system will not recognize your patient as a current member and the claim will be denied.
