You may have noticed that we often ask you to use our provider portal’s Message Center to ask us questions and send us information. So just how do you get to it?
- Click the user profile icon at the browser’s top right corner. (It looks like a person in a circle. See guides and videos below for pictures.)
- A drop-down menu will open.
- Select “My Messages.”
Some portal transactions have a button that allows you to create transaction-specific messages that prepopulate known information, such as:
- An inquiry about searched-for claims.
- An update to, or question about, the member’s care plan you are viewing.
