Time is money. We can help you be more efficient with your administrative processes to save you time. Instead of calling for claims’ status, you can quickly find the information on our provider portal.
Even better, you have access to Downloadable Claim Reports. Not only can you look up individual claims, but you can download the last 24 months of claims information – up to 10,000 records at a time!
Once the report is created, you can use Excel’s tools to sort, filter, and target claims for specific members, dates of service, CPT Codes, processing status, and more.

Our portal gives you several options to generate search results, but here is a simple one to get you started today:
Go to Claims Search section
Enter Servicing Provider, Service From, and Service To
Click the “Export to Excel” button
That’s it! The report will be created and delivered to the Documents section for pickup.
