As an assigned Provider Portal Administrator/Office Manager or Practice Maintenance User, you have direct control over who can conduct business for your organization and who can see your members’ protected health information (PHI).
To support HIPAA compliance, we ask that you review the User Management section of our provider portal (found under the More menu option in the top right corner of the screen). Take a few minutes to:
- Deactivate providers and staff who are no longer with your organization.
- Confirm users are assigned to the correct roles so they can only view information that meets HIPAA’s minimally necessary standards.

The start of the new year is always a busy time. Using our provider portal can free up time and make things less stressful. We also encourage you to share the benefits of portal use by setting up new accounts for those who are still using a phone and fax as part of their workflows. Using our provider portal can:
