- Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) - delayed until Jan. 1, 2024

- Community Self-Advocacy Training and Support
- Community Habilitation
- Day Habilitation
- Environmental Modifications
- Non-Medical Transportation
- Palliative Care: Bereavement Services, Expressive Therapy, Massage Therapy, Pain & Symptom Management
- Pre-Vocational Services
- Planned Respite
- Crisis Respite
- Supported Employment
- Vehicle Modifications
- Medical Supplies
- Orthodontics – for severe physically handicapping malocclusions
- Preventive Dental Care – topical fluoride treatment
- Residential Rehabilitation Services for Youth – effective April 1, 2023
